Shipping Rates

1. Domestic shipping: 7.50 euros.
2. Europe shipping: 30 euros.
3. International shipping: 40 euros.

Britt Liberg cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

Once the item is shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number.

Refund Policy — Returns

We have a 14 day return policy.

For returning item(s), please follow the following steps:

1. Please email info@brittliberg.com and kindly include your order number, first and last name, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason to return.
2. Items must be in original and unused condition with all tags attached.
3. Britt Liberg will not issue a refund until the returned item has been received.
4. Britt Liberg has the right to refuse a refund when the item has been damaged, used or not been requested within the 14 days policy.
5. Customer is responsible for shipping expenses.
6. Customer is responsible for customs charges for all international orders. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to customs charge, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
